Hello,
Thank you for the email regarding feedback of my experience using your service. I appreciate
you reaching out to me. As you probably already know, I have been using acme.com for several
years and purchased many products from you. Overall I'd say your services are quite good,
and I've recommended your site to a number of friends. That being said, I have had a few
problems over the years. Two things that bother me the most are shipping estimates and
packaging. I like to track my packages when I order something and it's nice to see an estimated
time when my package is expected to arrive. Unfortunately, your estimates aren't that dependable.
I would say that things arrive at the time you estimate only about 50% of the time. I would
really like to see that improves. As for packaging, I'm always a little nervous about ordering
something fragile from you. On two separate occasions, I have had to send something back
because of damage. In both cases, I believe the damage could have been prevented with
better packaging.
I am really looking forward to improvement in these two areas.
