My name is Naomi Yamamoto. I’m emailing to get some information about your English lessons. Can you tell me when I can take lessons? My schedule is not very regular, so I need to be able to take lessons at different times. Also, what is your policy about cancellations? Can I cancel or reschedule lessons easily? I’m really interested in studying English, so I hope we can work something out.

英語教師にわからないところを質問する

 

Hello Jeff,

Thank you for your correction. I understand almost everything, but I’m still not clear about using prepositions for time. ‘In, at, and on’ are still very confusing for me. Is there a simple rule for when to use them to talk about time? Most of the time I just cross my fingers and hope for the best.

添削をありがとうございます。　ほとんど理解できましたが、時間についての前置詞が理解できません。　"in, at, と on"が紛らわしいのですが、時間について話すときの簡単なルールはありますか？　ほとんどの場合、合ってることを祈っているような状態です。

Well, I booked my ticket to Canada today. I’ll be going to Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, and Banff. You helped me decide with all the great stories about your trip last year. Actually, I was hoping you could but together a list for me. I’m curious about;
- places to eat
- good hikes
- interesting places to shop
- places to stay
I need to finalize my plan before the end of the week, so if you can tell me ASAP, it would be great. If you can’t remember everything, it’s no big deal. Any info would be very useful.
