Hi Jim,

How are you doing? It's been a while. I hope all is well. I was thinking of coming to your neck
of the woods for my summer vacation. Have you got room for me for a few days? I'm thinking of
coming from the 12th to the 15th of August. Are you going to be around? It'll be really nice
to spend a few days catching up if you have the time. Don't worry if you were busy, I know this
is rather short notice. However, if you do have the time and a room to spare, it'll be a great
chance to hang out.
