あなたの職場には、あまり使われていないスタッフルームがあります。会社の担当者が「スタッフルーム
利用向上のための改善案」を募集しています。担当者にメールを出して、改善案を提案してください。
部屋を、まったく違う別の利用用途（ジム、仮眠室など）に変える提案でもかまいません。
ここでのスタッフルームとは、休憩、ランチ、打ち合わせなどに従業員が自由に使える共有スペースを
指しています。

Hello Bob,
Regarding making changes to the staff room, I think there are several reasons why the room isn't being
used much. For one thing it isn't really all that inviting. There's nothing on the walls and the room
has no character. Also, most of the appliances have seen better days. I think it's time to spend a
little bit of money and spruce the place up. Why don't we put some pictures on the walls, perhaps of
work related events and activities? Or better yet, we can give each staff member a section of a wall
to decorate. As for appliances, a more versatile microwave and coffee maker would be nice. Staff wants
to be able to do more than just heat up leftovers and drink regular coffee.
Anyway, I know this is on the agenda for the next meeting, so we can talk about it in more detail then.
