I bought a Banana 5000 laptop from you last week and I'm having trouble getting everything set up.
I've managed to get everything working except WiFi. For some reason, the laptop can't find my network. I've tried restarting the router and re-installing the WiFi software, but no luck. Is there anything else I can try? I'm a little concerned it might be a hardware problem. Please contact me ASAP. I'm going on a business trip next week and I need my laptop.
