I hope you all survived the Holiday season. It's nice to get back into a bit of a routine, isn't it? That being said, as some of you know, Julie's birthday is on January 19th and I'm thinking of having a surprise party for her. Because of the time of year, I thought it would be a good idea to tell her it's a 'welcome the New Year' party. That way it will be easier to keep things a secret. I'll get her to the party and we can surprise her with a birthday cake and a few presents. I've booked a private room at Buzzard's on Friday the 18th (I assume she'll be busy on her actual birthday) from 7:00 until 9:00. I went for the all-you-can-eat and drink course and the cost per person is \3,500. I need a headcount for the restaurant by Wednesday the 16th, so can you let me know if you are going before then. I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone.
