I was lucky enough to get into a preview of Toy Story 3. It's been about eleven years since the last installment, but all the toys are still in fine form. Advances in technology have made the toys even more alive, and 3-D is a new alternative. Forgetting all the bells and whistles, what makes this movie work is the story. The toys are dumped at a daycare center when Andy goes to college. They immediately start to plan their escape so they can get back to Andy. The adventure will inevitably bring you to tears, but the journey is well worth it.
