TOC Wholesale "Perfect Selection"

'Perfect Selection' is held a couple times a year in the TOC building (13th floor) in Gotanda. The most recent sale was at the beginning of this month, and the next one will be in March 2010. If you are looking for decent brand-named clothes, bags, or shoes, it's a great sale to check out. You can find everything from super casual (jeans,t-shirts, etc.) to Hollywood formal (fur coats, fine Italian shoes, etc.). Prices vary quite a bit, but you can get most things for at least 50% off the regular retail price. Last time I went, I bought a great pair of Italian leather boots designed by Alberto Fermani. The original price was \30,000, but I got them for \14,000. If you do decide to go, try to go on the first day (the earlier, the better). However, I wouldn't recommend going before it opens unless you are prepared for a bit of pushing and shoving. Most of the good stuff goes quite quickly, so some of the hardcore shoppers are a little aggressive. Anyway, good luck. I hope you find a good deal.
