参加メンバーへの招待状（Ｅメール）を書いてください。

友人、家族、同僚など参加者の対象は自由に設定してください。　企画しているゲームやイベントなどを具体的に盛り込んで、パーティーの雰囲気が伝わるように書いてください。　また、日付、場所、時間、参加費用など必要な項目を忘れずに含めてください。

Hi Everyone,

 

As you probably know, Halloween is almost upon us. It's getting quite popular in Japan, so I've decided to throw a party. I've managed to convince the owner of my local yakitori shop to let me use the whole place for the night. It's called 'Tori Tori' and it's about a 5 minute walk from Takdanobaba station (see attached map). Of course everyone in encouraged to wear a costume, but you don't have to. If you do wear a costume, you can save a little money. Tickets are \3,500 if you wear a costume and \7,000 if you don't. The price includes all-you-can-drink (beer and wine) and all-you-can-eat (yakitori). There will also be a contest for the best homemade costume and an open mic to tell scary stories. The party will be on Halloween (Friday, October 31st) from 8:00 to 11:00. Please RSVP ASAP so I can get an idea of how many people are coming.
