Hi Tom,

How are you doing? I have a quick question for you. I'm have a bit of trouble with my computer. I updated my OS the other day and everything seemed to be fine. This morning I went to print something and got a message saying "no printer detected". I reinstalled the driver software, but I still got the same message. Any idea what could be happening? If you can swing by on your way home and have a look, it would be great. If not, I'll have to go through the customer support nightmare.
