Dear Customer Service Manager,
On August 18, I flew from Vancouver to Tokyo (flight #ABC457) using
your airline.
I am extremely disappointed because the service you provided was
less than satisfactory. The flight attendants were very rude and
made no effort to try and understand me. My English is not perfect,
but I can communicate in English fairly well. Even the Japanese
attendant seemed upset when I asked her to bring me another beer.
On top of that, when I arrived in Tokyo I could not find my luggage.
The ground crew were not very cooperative. It took more than an
hour to find out what had happened. Apparently, my bags ended up
on another flight. I received them the following day without an
apology on any compensation.
I don't plan on using your airline again.
